Today we had to deliver bouncing and dribbling 1 to 1 for 20 minutes.
To start off with, i got Morgan to bounce the ball using both hands just to get the feel of the ball. After i got him to bounce the ball at a low height, then at a high height.
Then i got him to do it with his stronger hand, then his weaker hand.
Then i layed out two cones and two hoops in between. He had to dribble from cone to cone while bouncing the ball twice in each hoop.
