Goalkeeping Session.

We had to deliver at Goalkeeping session to 6 other students. We had 10 minutes to design a session. I focussed on throwing and catching. 
The coaching points for these techniques are:

- Bend one knee too make an L shape to prevent the ball from going under your legs.
- Keep your head up
- Keep your back straight
- Scoop the ball up with your hands, into your chest
- Roll the ball with one arm, bring it fully back and follow through with the throw.
