I did the same session as i did with kids at abercrombie. It worked a lot better with the kids as it was too easy for students my age.
As it shows in the video, the ball got smashed over me most of the time.
From the photo/ video evidence, it shows the following coaching points:
- Bend at the knees
- Keep your back straight
- Place one hand around the other fist
-Make contact with the ball on your forearms.
- Keep your head up
